How does the service work?

Amazing Decorations will meet with you for a free consultation to discuss your Christmas Decorating needs. We supply all the lights and necessary hardware for the display. Our team will install, maintain,
takedown and store the lights on a yearly basis. One price includes all services with no hidden fees.

Do we carry insurance?

Yes, we are trained, insured professionals.

Is there a warranty?

Amazing Decorations gives you a lifetime warranty as long as you are a customer with us. Warranty covers all lights and hardware.

Is there a difference between your lights and the ones we buy in the store?

Absolutely, our lights are commercial grade-longer life bulbs, UL rated cords and a variety of property friendly installation accessories.

Do we need to hire an electrician?

Generally no. All our lights are L.E.D. therefore use much less power than traditional lights. But, with larger installations, additional power sources may be needed.

Do we need to be home for installation or takedown?

No, not for exterior decorations, our trained crew of installers can complete your installation regardless of your availability.

How far in advance should we contact you for Christmas decorations?

Contact should be as early as possible. The decorating season is short
and our schedules tend to fill up early.

Are their ways to get discounts?

Yes, discounts can be achieved in different ways. We offer discounts for
early installation, early add-ons for next season and for referrals. We will send a letter or email to all our customers early in the season explaining the discounts.
